However, the room was substandard with issues like a grimy shower, mold in the AC unit, and a faulty TV remote that required me to swap batteries with little result. Additionally, the damaged door safety bolt raised concerns about security. Given the state of the room and overall service, this experience didn’t meet expectations.

Just a fitting option for a brief visit in Concord with incredible value for money. Although the room smelled a bit musty, the staff was quite accommodating when I needed extra towels. Try to avoid the rooms near the service areas to minimize noise disruptions at night.

I enjoyed the breakfast selection too. there were lots of options including pastries and coffee. However, I encountered some issues. The first night, my room had a musty smell. Also, the hallway could use a good cleaning. I noticed some trash and personal items left around. The noise level outside my room was a bit distracting at times, especially since the hotel backs up to I-85. Despite these issues, the overall stay was decent, and I'd consider returning if I’m in the area again.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and tried to help with my concerns. The clean pool was a nice distraction for the kids, but it wasn't enough to recover from the bad experience.
